At Red K Products LLC, we understand the importance of safely delivering your valuable collectibles. We take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives in the condition described. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CDT on Friday, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email or on our website.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to offer reliable shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground) - Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited Shipping: (e.g., USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air) - Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after shipment.

  • Overnight Shipping: (e.g., USPS Express Mail, UPS Next Day Air) - Estimated delivery within 1 business day after shipment.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination of your order, and the chosen shipping method.

  • You can view your total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

4. Packaging

  • We use high-quality, durable packaging materials specifically chosen to protect collectibles during transit. This includes sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and appropriate mailers for graded comics and other fragile items.

  • Our packaging is designed to minimize movement and protect against impacts.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation

  • For your protection, all orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Orders exceeding $1000 will automatically include shipping insurance and/or require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. This will be indicated during checkout.

  • Red K Products LLC is not responsible for packages that are stolen or go missing after confirmed delivery by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses delivery, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Damages During Shipping

  • While we meticulously package every item, rare instances of damage during transit can occur.

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must report the damage to Red K Products LLC within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged item(s). We will require photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and the packaging to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Do not discard any packaging or the item until the claim process is complete.

  • Upon validation of the claim, and in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, we will work to resolve the issue.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, Red K Products LLC ships within the United States only.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

10. PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

  • We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS services.

  • We can ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS services.
